These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Warranty on any and all new installations will only be valid if the installation is done by Breezebliss Cooling Systems and if all services are done on time by Breezebliss Cooling Systems. If a service is skipped or is another company does a service or any other repair your warranty will be a void and you(the client/customer) will be responsible for the damage or faults.

Warranty on any and all repairs & services will only be valid if there was a fault on our side or if a newly installed part was faulty. If any other company works on a product or device after us of if anyone tampered with the product or device the warranty will be a void and you(the client/customer) will be responsible for the damages or faults. We will not repair or replace on warranty for any damages caused by power surges or any other natural disaster.

Breezebliss Cooling Systems will not be liable for any injuries or damages to the property caused by natural disaster or weak/poor building structure e.g. if a wall/roof collapses while our team is installing a device or product.

Any deposits will be paid upfront before any installation/service can start(only if deposit is applicable).

A quotation fee will be charged if the quotation provided by Breezebliss Cooling Systems is not accepted, this is to compensate for any travel time or labor spent on the quotation.  

A cancelation fee will be charged if you(the client/customer) cancel after accepting a quotation, this is to compensate for any meterials, travel time or labour spent on the preparation of the installation or service.

Payments for completed jobs must be paid within 30 days after the installation/service is completed, if not legal action will be taken. 

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Any specials that we might have on our aircons only include a 3 meter pipe kit, if the inner and outer unit is more than 2 meters apart additional fees will be charged for any extra material used.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Breezebliss Cooling Systems.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
